Use of Ortick

Ortick provides gold pricing calculators, a Deal Vault, performance analytics, and reports to help you make clearer gold deal decisions. By using Ortick you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and use Ortick only for lawful purposes.

Gold price data disclaimer

Physical gold prices in Ortick are indicative and cached, sourced from third-party providers, and updated regularly. They are not a live trading quote and may differ from prices available to you. Always confirm current prices before transacting.

No financial advice

Ortick is a calculation and record-keeping tool. Nothing in Ortick is financial, investment, or tax advice. Pricing outputs are deterministic estimates based on the inputs you provide.

No legal advice

Ortick does not provide legal advice. Reports, and any future generated documents, are informational business tools and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

No guarantee of deal success

Ortick does not broker, escrow, or guarantee any transaction, and does not guarantee profit, deal completion, counterparty conduct, or outcomes. Decisions you make using Ortick are your own.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying gold quality and authenticity, the identity and trustworthiness of suppliers and counterparties, the accuracy and legality of documents, and all applicable taxes, laws, licensing, and import/export rules in your jurisdictions.

Reports and future documents

PDF reports, and any documents Ortick may generate in the future, are informational business tools generated from the data you enter. They are not certified, notarized, or legally binding by themselves.

Future contract generation (for example agreements, invoices, or trade documents) must be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal professional before you rely on or sign them.

Subscription plans and billing

Ortick offers Free, Broker, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through a third-party payment processor (Stripe); plan prices and terms are shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your Ortick dashboard. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. You can reactivate before the period ends.

Cancelling does not automatically create a refund. Ortick does not provide automatic or prorated refunds; refund requests are reviewed manually for exceptional cases. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Ortick: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no scraping or overloading the service, and no reverse-engineering beyond what the law permits.

Limitation of liability

Ortick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ortick and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service.

Termination

You may stop using Ortick at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
